What is a Fresh 48?

A Fresh 48 is a newborn session that occurs within the first 48 hours of your baby's life, at the hospital or whatever location you have chosen to deliver (home, birthing center, etc).

My Fresh 48's are raw and intimate, capturing the reality of the first couple days with your infant (diaper changes, feedings), all the incredible newborn details (feet, hands, umbilical cord), as well as the miraculous ability and beauty of a Mother's body (skin to skin).

I will spend about 60-90 minutes with you and your partner/other children and the best part is, there's nothing you need to do to prepare. There are no matching outfits, hair and makeup, or pomp and circumstance that can compare to how beautiful the simple reality of the first 48 hours truly are. You just need to be you and love on your baby.
